Lovely quotes and photos!
Thanks, Jess.
Great quotes – most of them were new to me. The Wallace Stevens quote is great. And the Great Gatsby excerpt? So evocative. I love that book.
I love the Great Gatsby quote, too. It makes me long for the beginning of summer instead of the end, but fall will be nice, too.
Love these! Though I can only ever relate to British authors when they sing praises of summer–summer in the UK is gorgeous! Everywhere I’ve lived in America, summer is far too hot!
Lovely thoughts !
